Using 44% carbamide peroxide with LED light acceleration, this treatment is gentler than the full Signature Smile while still delivering professional-grade results. It includes the same clinical safeguards. Oral health screening, gum protection, and personalised aftercare, in a shorter, more affordable appointment. Think of it as your regular maintenance visit: the dental whitening equivalent of a colour refresh at the hairdresser.

How It Works
Step 1 — Check-In and Assessment: Seanne begins with a quick oral health screening and shade check. This determines how much surface staining has built up since your last whitening and ensures your teeth and gums are healthy for treatment.
Step 2 — Preparation: Your gums are protected with a barrier and the whitening gel is prepared. Because this is a single-cycle treatment, preparation is quick.
Step 3 — Whitening Cycle: The 44% carbamide peroxide gel is applied and activated with LED light for one 30-minute cycle. Carbamide peroxide releases its active ingredient more gradually than hydrogen peroxide, making it well-suited to a maintenance treatment where a gentler approach is preferred.
Step 4 — Results: The gel and barriers are removed and your refreshed shade is recorded. You will see an immediate improvement. Seanne provides updated aftercare advice based on how your teeth have responded.
Who Is This For?
The Smile Refresh is specifically designed for existing whitening clients. If you had a Signature Smile or Signature Smile Plus+ treatment within the last 6–12 months and have noticed your teeth starting to dull from coffee, tea, red wine, or daily wear, this is the most cost-effective way to bring them back.
If this would be your first professional whitening treatment, the Signature Smile or Signature Smile Plus+ is the better starting point. The Smile Refresh is a maintenance top-up, not a first-time whitening session.
When Should I Book a Smile Refresh?
Most clients find that scheduling a Smile Refresh every 6–12 months after their initial Signature Smile keeps their teeth looking consistently bright. The ideal timing depends on your diet and lifestyle: heavy coffee or red wine drinkers may benefit from a refresh closer to the 6-month mark, while clients with lighter staining habits can often wait closer to 12 months. If you are using a Glow Kit for at-home maintenance between visits, you may be able to extend the interval further.
